Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented support specialist to contribute to our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong technical skills, can multitask effectively, and communicate professionally with internal and external clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle client onboarding and conflict checks, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Assist with the billing process from start to finish, coordinating closely with colleagues to ensure seamless execution.
  • Complete daily dockets, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
  • Follow up on Accounts Receivable, addressing any outstanding issues promptly.
  • Edit and format documents, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Submit expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in office or legal administration, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Post-secondary education in legal or office administration, or a related field.
  • The ability to manage time pressure situations and stress of multiple demands, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
  • Problem-solving ability, employing good judgment and decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • A team player attitude, collaborating proactively to achieve shared goals.
  • Organized and resourceful, with a keen eye for detail.
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
