At McMillan, we are seeking an experienced Business Development and Litigation Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our lawyers and support staff to develop business opportunities and provide exceptional litigation support services.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in employment and labour law, as well as experience working with document management systems. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with our team members and build strong relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five to seven years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing business opportunities and providing exceptional client service. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience working with document management software such as Desksite, IntApp, and 3E.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and a retirement savings plan.
