Business Development Representative

Adecco Canada is currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills who have a passion for sales and digital marketing.
This position is based in St Catharines, ON, and involves creating compelling content that resonates with our brand values and enhances our marketing goals.
We are looking for someone with prior sales experience who can source leads independently and collaborate closely with our team lead to create impactful content.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, as well as exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include managing social media presence, analyzing metrics to optimize content performance, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
Additionally, we require candidates to be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada and have an active social media account.
This is a temporary full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience.
