Business Development Representative

JobCart Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets
- Build relationships with existing customers to increase customer investment and campaign duration
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and tailor sales approaches accordingly
- Deliver strategic advertising consultations to advertisers to capture sales opportunities
- Track metrics to measure the success of sales efforts and adjust strategies as needed
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch solutions and products
- Engage in proactive outreach via cold calling and follow-up calls to schedule full-value meetings
- Monitor and respond to emails and other communication channels
- Participate in training sessions, huddles, and coaching to improve sales skills and stay up-to-date on company information
- Research and gather contact information for potential clients
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position with a 12-month duration. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts varying between 9 am-6:30 pm. The weekly hours may range from 35-44 hours per week, depending on performance.
Requirements:- Secondary school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- At least 4 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience
