Project Management Director

As the Director of Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience at our Nordic ski resort. With a team of 150 seasonal employees across seven departments, your leadership will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

You will be responsible for championing and promoting our OHS company policies, programs, and procedures, including documentation. This will involve ensuring all team members have completed annual training and on-boarding, including OHS documentation. Additionally, you will foster a positive environment where team members can grow and expand their skill set and have a rewarding work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and expand existing revenue streams and seek new revenue avenues.
  • Manage operating costs, labour, and margin in all lines of business.
  • Provide oversight and coordination of operations throughout the Nordic area to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate with operational support departments (Grooming, Snow Removal, F&B, Maintenance).

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant management experience in the ski industry.
  • Nordic skiing experience is an asset.
  • Hold a valid BC Driver's License.
  • Season pass(es) for immediate family (including partner and children).
  • Retail and Food discounts.
