About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Bud Mart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that stockroom is organized and tidy.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Store Appearance: Ensure that the store is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment, with a high level of customer interaction.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending.
