Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Universal Health Pharmacy. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth, manage merchandise displays, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and team management
