Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with a wide range of products.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves our store satisfied.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work Setting: Retail business, liquor and wine store
  • Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, reliability, initiative, ability to multitask
