About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Cloud Nine Liquor. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure that our store is always well-stocked.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, sell merchandise, and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure that our store is always clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
