About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Royal Liquor Galore. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the management of store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
    • Authorize returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
