Job Title: Food Service Manager

Aseer Time Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team. As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet budget requirements.
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability.
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demand.
  • Recruit and train staff to ensure a skilled and efficient team.
  • Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and waste.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster.
Support for Youths:
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Support for Mature Workers:
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
