Inside Sales Specialist

JBAndrews is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Canada. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
