Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an efficient retail call coverage plan to maximize sales and product availability.
  • Utilize professional selling skills to achieve 100% distribution of products and secure additional sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to stakeholders on retail successes, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with store influencers and decision-makers.
  • Assist stores in updating point-of-purchase materials, shelf labels, and marketing promotions.
  • Report out-of-stocks and work with stores to replenish inventory as needed.
  • Participate in monthly sales team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of sales and field merchandising experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Personable and dynamic personality with excellent presentation skills.
  • Bilingual English and French language proficiency.
Working Conditions:
  • Daily travel to various retail locations within the assigned territory.
  • Heavy lifting and moving of stock on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends to conduct product demonstrations.
