As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, your role will involve educating clients and promoting President's Choice Financial Products on behalf of a well-respected and iconic Canadian brand.

Compensation Structure: Base salary plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inform customers about the features and advantages of President's Choice Financial products within the retail setting.
  2. Assess customer needs to provide tailored recommendations.
  3. Deliver outstanding advice and product expertise.
  4. Enhance sales, advocacy, and brand recognition for our client's offerings by acting as a knowledgeable representative.
  5. Ensure exceptional customer service, guaranteeing a positive experience for all customers.
  6. Develop innovative strategies to engage customers and communicate product benefits.
  7. Establish and nurture positive relationships with store staff.
  8. Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information.
  9. Generate enthusiasm around the product offerings by being a knowledgeable advocate.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales within financial services or retail (preferred).
  2. Comfortable working towards sales targets and eager to challenge the norm.
  3. Outgoing and personable, with a knack for connecting with people and acquiring new customers.
  4. Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage.
  5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey key messages effectively.
  6. High integrity and accountability when dealing with sensitive customer information.
  7. Willingness to undergo a criminal/credit background check.
  8. Desire for personal growth through coaching and training opportunities.
  9. Access to reliable transportation or a valid driver's license is a plus.
