Job Description

As a Community Mental Health Clinics Professional with Health Careers in Sask, you will play a vital role in providing intensive case management services to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. You will work within an individual and/or group context to deliver high-quality patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
  • Nursing diploma or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing degree acceptable
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Critical analysis, reflective practice, and assessment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated working knowledge in psychosocial rehabilitation, community mental health care, and recovery model
