We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Primary Care Specialist at Health Careers in Sask. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to patients and contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills and experience working in primary care settings. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care and support community-based health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to assigned populations, including urban and rural communities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct health assessments, promote health education, and prevent disease and injury
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in primary care
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Master of Nursing degree in Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse (NP) in a primary care setting
- Strong research, facilitation, decision-making, leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
