This role involves providing intervention and rehabilitation services to adults and children at multiple locations. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will be essential in promoting effective communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified areas of need
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing interventions
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program
  • Registered/eligible with the Canadian Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (CASLPA)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Possess excellent assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
