Job Title: Food Service Manager

Aseer Time Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team. As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor revenues to determine labor costs
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
  • Recruit and train staff to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Supervise staff and address any customer complaints or concerns
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including food and supplies
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with staff and customers
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster
Support for Youths:
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
Support for Mature Workers:
  • Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers
