Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview
Summit Fleet is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial lease and rental clients, while also identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Convert leads and prospects to new accounts
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Grow existing active accounts by following up with each account monthly
- Consistently win back inactive accounts with tenacious follow-up
Requirements
- Post-Secondary education with a business/financial degree is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of successful history in a commercial leasing or account management role
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills are required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
