Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a CRM & E-Commerce Manager at Christian Dior Perfumes. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital marketing and customer experience to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement CRM Strategies
    • Design and execute comprehensive CRM programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage E-Commerce Channels
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless customer experiences
    • Optimize e-commerce channels to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Lead Customer Experience Initiatives
    • Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive loyalty and retention
    • Collaborate with teams to design and deliver customer-centric programs and initiatives
  • Measure and Analyze Performance
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure CRM and e-commerce performance
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or customer experience roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success through digital marketing and customer experience initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Adobe or similar CRM/Commerce shopping platform experience is a must
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
