We are seeking a highly skilled CRM strategist to join our team at Publicis Worldwide. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative and effective CRM strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute CRM Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive CRM strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and drive customer loyalty.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including creative, analytics, and production teams, to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and conduct market research to inform CRM strategies and recommendations.
  • Develop and Manage Customer Segmentation: Identify and manage customer targeting and segmentation strategies to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Share knowledge and expertise with clients and colleagues to help define agency best practices and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5-7 Years of Experience: Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on CRM and e-commerce.
  • Strong Digital and CRM Strategy Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective CRM strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Highly Organized and Collaborative: Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Reporting and Analytics Tools: Experience with reporting and analytics tools, such as Omniture and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation Platforms: Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe.
