**Job Title:** Accounting Technician

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Technician to join our team at Tomato E-commerce Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and verifying client and supplier invoices, tracking building project costs, and auditing related expenses and expenditures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage and verify client and supplier invoices;
  2. Track building project costs and audit related expenses and expenditures;
  3. Perform bank reconciliation activities;
  4. Analyze financial data using QuickBooks software and submit financial reports;
  5. Assist in calculating and distributing payroll;
  6. Execute account reconciliation to verify the integrity of financial data;
  7. Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitoring budget execution.

**Requirements:**

  1. Fluent in English with strong communication skills;
  2. Accounting degree preferred;
  3. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes;
  4. Ability to analyze financial data;
  5. Strong time management and problem-solving skills;
  6. Proficient in using QuickBooks or Sage software.

**Work Schedule:** Full-Time, Permanent M-F 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

**Compensation:** $23-25/hour, with potential for salary increase after probationary period
