Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Christian Dior Perfumes. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies
    • Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
    • Develop and manage email marketing programs to engage customers and drive sales
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media marketing strategies
  • Manage and Optimize Digital Channels
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates to optimize digital marketing efforts
    • Develop and implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to improve digital marketing performance
    • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize the online shopping experience and drive sales
  • Lead and Manage Digital Marketing Teams
    • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals to develop and execute digital marketing strategies
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and success
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
    • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
    • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and webinars to stay informed and network with peers
    • Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and technologies, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and web analytics software
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and customer experience principles
  • Fluency in French is preferred
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 - $110,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
