Role Overview:

We are in search of an energetic and results-driven Business Developer to enhance our team within the e-commerce and digital marketing domain. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering business expansion, establishing strategic alliances, and broadening our footprint in the digital commerce landscape.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Market Insights: Execute thorough market analysis to uncover emerging trends, assess competitive dynamics, and identify viable business prospects in the e-commerce and digital marketing sectors. Utilize market intelligence and consumer insights to guide strategic initiatives.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through focused outreach strategies, including cold calling, networking opportunities, online channels, and referrals. Assess leads against established criteria and cultivate relationships to convert prospects into clients.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with potential clients to grasp their business goals, challenges, and digital marketing requirements. Effectively showcase our e-commerce solutions and digital marketing offerings, emphasizing unique value propositions and customized approaches.
  • Partnership Identification: Seek out strategic partnership avenues with e-commerce platforms, technology vendors, agencies, and industry leaders. Collaborate with partners to foster mutual growth, enhance service capabilities, and extend market reach.
  • Sales Planning: Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue objectives and business goals. Employ a consultative sales methodology to establish trust, credibility, and enduring relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proposal Crafting: Develop and present persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and pitches that illustrate the benefits of our e-commerce and digital marketing solutions. Customize proposals to address client needs, concerns, and competitive advantages.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee the sales pipeline, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales metrics to evaluate progress towards targets. Utilize CRM systems or sales management tools to maintain precise records and derive actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles within the e-commerce, digital marketing, or related sectors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and online consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to identify market opportunities, devise sales strategies, and implement plans effectively.
  • Results-driven approach focused on revenue growth, surpassing targets, and delivering value to clients.
  • Strong networking abilities and proficiency in building and sustaining relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
