Job Summary

The Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services, controlling expenses, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage store operations, including shrink, merchandising, inventory control, and staffing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging Guest experience through effective Guest Services.
  • Manage and control expenses, including labor, inventory, and overhead costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
  • Flexible schedule required.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
