Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Train and develop sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving and processing merchandise, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and make recommendations to meet their needs.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
