Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for colleagues and customers, providing assistance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
  • Assist the store manager in achieving sales goals, including analyzing sales data and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Manage the front-end team, including scheduling, training, and coaching.
  • Oversee the cash office, including safe management, paperwork, and operations.
  • Model excellent customer service, policy, and health and safety practices.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to improve store operations and customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the store team and achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
