Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Galaxy Flooring and Renovation. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
- Payroll and Administration: Manage payroll, benefits, and other administrative tasks related to employee management.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
