About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Browns Socialhouse. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Create innovative and delicious menu items that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of tastes.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Inspect our kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Customer Service: Work closely with our servers and bartenders to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude
