Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate community services
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Implement life skills workshops and training programs
  • Supervise activities and provide guidance to clients in group homes and half-way houses
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements
  • Certifications in Mental Health First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and Cultural Awareness Training
  • Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
