About the Role
  • We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in working with at-risk youth, providing support, guidance, and rehabilitation services to help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess adjustment problems among inmates through interviews and develop effective strategies for rehabilitation.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and case histories to track client progress.
  • Conduct administrative tasks and office activities efficiently.
  • Evaluate clients' needs and eligibility for specific services.
  • Plan and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to offenders, setting clear rules, goals, and objectives.
  • Deliver life skills workshops and implement behaviour management programs.
  • Provide suicide and crisis intervention support, ensuring the well-being of clients.
  • Manage conflict situations effectively.
  • Supervise children's visits with parents to guarantee their safety.
  • Liaise with social services agencies and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
  • Develop service intervention logic models and outcome measures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth or similar populations.
  • Possession of strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
