Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Prepare comprehensive reports and case histories for clients, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
- Administrative Support: Manage office activities, including maintaining records, answering phones, and coordinating with colleagues.
- Client Engagement: Assess client needs, develop individualized service plans, and implement life skills workshops to promote personal growth and development.
