About the Role

As Head of Human Resources and Operations, you will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning our HR functions with our business objectives, fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee experience
  • Lead recruitment efforts, managing the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Maintain open communication channels with employees, addressing concerns and feedback promptly
  • Analyze data to inform HR decisions and optimize processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a tech or gaming industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
