We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Toor Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

About the Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, with the possibility of relocation assistance. You will work 30-40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange seminars, conferences, and appointments, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain efficient office routines, procedures, and protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to employees and clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with basic security clearance requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
