Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items, including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, salads, and other ingredients. You'll work closely with our culinary team to ensure that every dish that goes out is of the highest quality and meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to order, including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, salads, and other ingredients
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cook or in a related role
- Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
