Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Tongdak Korean Chicken. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning and executing menu items, training staff, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that meet the high standards of our customers, taking into account seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Staff Training and DevelopmentTrain and mentor kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety protocols.
Kitchen Maintenance and OrganizationMaintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Recruitment and HiringRecruit and hire qualified kitchen staff to join our team.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
