Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working order.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and develop kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a kitchen environment is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
