About the Location:
Lanai, a secluded Hawaiian island, is home to Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort. This luxury wellness enclave offers a unique and personalized journey featuring wellness consultations, spa treatments, fitness and well-being classes, lectures, and exciting island activities.
About the Role:
The Sous Chef holds a management position within the Sensei Lanai culinary team, reporting to the Executive Chef. Key responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day running of the Resort's kitchen, managing food costs, production control, reducing wastage, and culinary training for all culinary employees.
Requirements:
- Four to six years of operational kitchen experience with a diversity of culinary experience and a proven track record in fine dining.
- Supervisory and management experience is required, and culinary qualifications are essential.
- Attendance for training and special events is required.
- Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
