In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing the production of our next AAA multiplayer game, utilizing the Unreal Engine, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, art, engineering, and QA, to deliver exceptional gaming experiences to our players and contribute to the positive work environment of our team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the production of our multiplayer online game from concept to release, ensuring all milestones are met successfully.
  • Own the production's direction in collaboration with the lead producer.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve production processes, tools, and organizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Effectively plan, budget, estimate, and coordinate all material and human resource requirements throughout the different stages of our production cycle to maximize productivity and project outcomes.
  • Build a well-rounded team to achieve the high-quality objectives of the project.
  • Work in collaboration with various departments to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the game's vision and goals.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, including production plans, budgets, and post-mortem reports.
  • Communicate regularly with our team to assess project progress and ensure that technical and content experts deliver each stage on schedule, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Identify and break down priorities, maintaining strong communication via multiple outlets, including email, Slack, meetings, and production roadmaps.
  • Analyze and determine needs for outsourcing required for the project.
  • Participate in annual performance reviews and take the necessary initiatives to motivate employees to achieve their goals and ensure their well-being.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Ideal Candidate



  • Experience in shipping several AA-AAA games, ideally with significant online or multiplayer elements.
  • Relevant experience in the video game industry in a high-level production role, able to support and challenge various video game experts in different crafts.
  • Demonstrated ability to define a production direction vision, communicate it, and execute on it.
  • Strong experience leading, mobilizing, and influencing a work team to achieve high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to be proactive in a collaborative fast-paced environment and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks, including the prioritization of project responsibilities, organization of workflows, and milestone completion.
  • Capable of analyzing complex issues, identifying potential solutions, and implementing effective strategies to overcome challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
