About the Job

We're seeking an experienced coach with a strong background in team development and consulting. As a Senior Team Development Consultant, you'll be responsible for coaching leaders and teams to navigate complex challenges, improve performance, and enhance team health.

Responsibilities:
  • Coach senior leaders and teams to implement new strategies and approaches to improve team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent colleagues to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Contribute to developing and leading internal practices that support team strategy, prioritization, learning, and dynamics.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in management consulting, organization development, or a related field.
  • Practical experience with strategic planning, team cohesion, team effectiveness, or innovation/ideation.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
