Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Production Director to lead our production team in the development of AAA console games. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing production strategies that balance quality, budget, and time constraints.

Responsibilities
  • Production Strategy: Define and implement production strategies that align with project goals, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the Production Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Project Management: Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and task prioritization to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify and proactively address potential risks related to schedule, resources, or production alignment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years in video game production, with at least 3+ years in a senior production role overseeing complex projects on at least 2 shipped AAA titles.
  • Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire AAA production teams, establish efficient structures, and maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field.
