Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Managing Supervisor to join our team at Raven Force Couriers Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our customer service team, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
