Customer Service Manager

Raven Force Couriers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing tasks to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize tasks to ensure timely completion and meet customer expectations.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop marketing strategies to meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Determine staffing requirements and make recommendations for hiring and training.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure continuous improvement.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in customer service or operations management.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
- Fast-paced environment with high levels of customer interaction.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Hardworking and organized with excellent communication skills.
- Client-focused with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
