Job Title: Customer Service Managing Supervisor

Raven Force Couriers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing tasks to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize tasks to ensure timely completion and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop marketing strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Determine staffing requirements and make recommendations for hiring and training.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in customer service or operations management.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
