Customer Service Manager

Raven Force Couriers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales. Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the department.
- Staff Management: Determine staffing requirements, conduct performance reviews, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations management role.
- Skills: Hardworking, client-focused, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
