About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advice Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to our members, helping them to achieve their financial goals and improve their financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized advice and guidance to members on their financial needs and goals
  • Assist members with opening and managing their accounts, including chequing and savings accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Help members to understand and navigate our products and services, including investments, insurance, and retirement planning
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure that members receive a seamless and personalized experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to members

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
