Job Description:
We are offering a challenging opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A college certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in administration
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, and paramedical services coverage.

Estimated Salary: $52,500 per year
