Job Title: Recruitment Programs Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Programs Manager to join our team at the Bank of Canada. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our student and recent graduate recruitment programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Lead a team of recruitment professionals to deliver high-quality recruitment programs and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and develop solutions
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective recruitment program delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging recruitment trends and technologies to inform program development

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Established experience leading a team of recruitment professionals
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Language Requirement:

English and French essential (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of functional (level 4) in second official language. Training may be provided to help reach the required level of fully functional (level 5) in second official language.

Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents.

Relocation assistance may be provided, if required.

Most employees can telework from home for a substantial part of each month as part of the Bank`s hybrid work model, and they are expected on site at the Bank location a minimum of eight days per month to help build connections between colleagues.

You must live in Canada, and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.

The Bank offers additional performance pay (5%) for those who exceed expectations. Exceptional performers who far exceed expectations may be eligible for higher performance pay.
