Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Programs Manager to join our team at the Bank of Canada. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our student and recent graduate recruitment programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds
  • Lead a team of recruitment specialists to support the recruitment process across all Bank departments
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) strategy
  • Represent the Bank at outreach events and build relationships with external partners, such as universities and student associations
  • Continuously refine and evolve recruitment programs to meet business needs and strategic objectives
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration
  • Established experience leading a team of recruitment professionals
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to facilitate group sessions and network effectively
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with the ability to develop innovative solutions and deploy impactful strategies

Language Requirements
