Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at MAPLE CREST INN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance and guest feedback.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.

- 32 to 40 hours per week.
