Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn by Wyndham Kingston. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Guest Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing budgets, inventory, and supplies.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise, ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask. The role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
